Your statutory rights

If you purchase from La Belle Aveline as a consumer in the European Union, mandatory consumer-protection rights apply to your purchase.

These rights are not replaced or reduced by our voluntary returns policy or our Terms & Conditions.

Right of Withdrawal

For eligible non-personalised distance purchases, EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period.

The withdrawal period normally begins when you receive the goods.

The statutory withdrawal exception may apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods

EU consumers have statutory legal-guarantee rights where goods are faulty or do not conform to the contract.

Where applicable, the available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with the applicable law.

Personalised Products

Personalised or individually customised products may fall within the statutory exception to the normal withdrawal right for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

This does not remove statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
