Why does my personalized text appear as plain text in my cart?

Care Instructions

Remove the pillow cover before washing. Pre-treat stains with a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush soaked in warm soapy water. Machine wash at a maximum of 40°C on a normal cycle. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Iron, steam, or dry on low heat only. Do not dry-clean. Fluff to reshape when reassembled.
