How do I add my own image?

  1. Click Upload My Image.
  2. Select and upload your chosen image. Once it has uploaded, click the 'X' over the sample image to remove it.
  3. If your product has front and back views, use the arrows to check both sides.
  4. Keep all words within the dotted lines so they are included in the final print.
  5. Click Save Design to save your changes.

How can I tell if my personalization has been saved?

Look for the 'Remove My Image' option on the product page. If it is visible, your personalization has been saved with your order.

Please don't worry if the product page and checkout show the original sample image. This is completely normal.

What happens if I don't upload my own image?

The sample image will be included in your order. If you don't wish for any image at all, please let me know via the Make It Yours textbox.

I'm happy to help with special requests! Simply write your request in the Make It Yours textbox and let me know what you'd like. I'll be glad to assist.

Can I leave out any of the wording shown in the design?

Absolutely! Let me know in the "Make It Yours" text box if there are any words or phrases you would prefer to leave out.

How do I add special instructions or arrange my text on separate lines?

Simply enter your personalization instructions in the Make It Yours textbox. To start your text on a new line, press Enter or Return. It's that easy.

Why does my personalized text appear as plain text in my cart?

No need to worry. This is completely normal. Your text may appear as plain text in your cart, but rest assured that your line breaks are recorded with your personalization.

Prefer your item without text personalization?

Simply write 'No personalization' in the Make It Yours textbox.

  • Considered materials: Solid colours are 100% ring-spun cotton; fibre composition varies by colour. Made with ethically grown US cotton and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified materials.

Care Instructions

  • Machine wash cold, at a maximum of 30°C (90°F), with similar colours.
  • Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed.
  • Tumble dry on low heat.
  • Iron, steam or dry on low heat, avoiding direct contact with the printed design.
  • Do not dry clean.
